| Moving Die Rheometer
(MDR) GT-M2000 is rotorless and moving die rheometer, it will satisfy
the rubber industry's needs in order to measure vulcanization viscosity
and elastic modulus. It will improve the quality and consistency. It's

Description:
- Directed heating die, temperature control is handled by microprocessor
and computer; this is more accurate, rapid and steady during operating
with a less test variation.
- Computer calculates the Ts1, Ts2, Ts10, Ts50, Ts90, ML, S"ML, S"MH,
TanõML, and TanõMH automatically at the end of each test.
- The test condition and curve type can be saved and recalled and it
is not necessary to setup when starts a test.
- The curves for same test condition that can be display on the monitor
simultaneously, and it is easy to print out for a comparison.
- The test curves and dates can be saved and recalled, and it is easy
for observation and comparison. l The test result can be adjudged by
a presetting tolerance, if out of its limits, which can be marked automatically.
- This is rotorless and moving die rheometer for measuring synthetic
rubber's cure character, and it is easy to detect the difference of
component. For rotor rheometer, it will produce sliding at hight strain
then will be difficult to detect the difference of component.
- During testing, operator can stop the test procedure and get the
test result or delete it.
