RESISTANCE TO PILLING
Impulse is an instrument featuring two chambers that rotate allowing the operator to evaluate the level of pilling. The instrument can be adapted for European, American or Japanese test methods depending on your requirements.
The new ISO 12945-3 is based on the Franch standard NF G 07-121 : 1987 and has been adopted by CEN as EN ISO 12945-3. Impulse enables tests to be carried out in accordance with ISO, ASTM, JIS and GB/T standards. ISO 12945-3 uses an optional chloroprene rubber in addition to a slightly modified impeller.
RELIABLE, ACCURATE AND FLEXIBLE
The specimens are agitated within the chambers by a high-speed (1200 rpm) impeller at a constant calibrated speed which is guaranteed irrespective of variations in the electrical supply voltage.
INTERCHANGEABLE IMPELLERS
Enable tests to be carried out in accordance with 9 standards, which include options for air flow.
